1. Start at 12:00 noon 2. Help with the Room Set-up – see below 3. Greeter materials will be located in the Attendance/Greeter box 4. Put on Greeter Badge. 5. Go downstairs and greet all visitors and members 6. Inform visitors that they may order their lunch at the dining room desk for 100 pesos. Give all visitors, Rotarian AND non-Rotarian, a “Visitor information packet” 7. Come upstairs when the meeting starts 8. After the meeting, repack all of your supplies in the Attendance/Greeter box, and return to the storage box. 9. AFTER THE MEETING, HELP WITH THE ROOM TEAR-DOWN AND PUTTING EVERYTHING NEATLY BACK IN THE STORAGE BOX. Lock the box.
