1.      Start at 12:00 noon 

2.      Help with the Room Set-up – see below

3.      Put a bottle of wine and tickets on the Raffle table.

4.      Greet all visitors and members 

5.      Sell tickets.    Prices are one ticket for 10 pesos; seven tickets for 50 pesos.  Try to sell tickets in 50 peso lots.   Prize is the wine.  If asked, the money goes to the club for our international projects.

6.      Toward the end of the happy peso segment of the program, walk up to the front of the room with the ticket stubs and the bottle of wine.

7.      When directed, ask the speaker to draw one ticket and hand the ticket to you.  Read the last three digits on the ticket.  Give the wine to the winner.

8.      After the meeting, give the money to the Treasurer.   The Raffle money should be kept separate from the attendance money 

9.      After the meeting, please repack all of your supplies in the Raffle box, and return to the storage box. 

10.  AFTER THE MEETING, HELP WITH THE ROOM TEAR-DOWN AND PUTTING EVERYTHING NEATLY BACK IN THE STORAGE BOX.   Lock the box.  

Room Set-up - start at 12:00 noon

1. Front of Room:

• Make sure staff sets up square head table in front and brings the podium.
• Open storage box.  Combo is 2007.
• Place 4 banner stands on the stage with the Club Banner, 4 Way Test banner, and Trading flag banner (s).
• Put bell and gavel on head table
• Place 4 trading flags on the head table.

2.  Rear of Room:

• Place two tables with attendance box on the table closest to the stairs and the raffle/greeter box on the second table

3.   AFTER THE MEETING, HELP WITH THE ROOM TEAR-DOWN AND PUTTING EVERYTHING NEATLY BACK IN THE STORAGE BOX.   Lock the box.
